All plants in the consignments are to be free of all growing 
media, soil and related matter

Plants with soil or related matter or with soil-free growing 
media not imported under the Canadian Growing Media Program are 
PROHIBITED

Plants with soil-free growing media imported under the Canadian 
Growing Media Program must meet the conditions outlined in the 
AgCanada policy directive D-96-20

A copy of the import permit must be provided to AQIS prior to 
the presentation of the consigment for export for the purpose of 
assessment of phytosanitary conditions and possible Additional 
Declarations attesting to freedom from regulated plant pests.

Additional Declarations:
Option1
1) Potato wart disease (Synchytrium endobioticum), Golden cyst 
nematode (Globodera pallida) and Soybean cyst nematode 
(Heterodera glycines) are known not to occur in Australia,
2) Based on official surveys or other precautionary practices, 
Potato cyst nematode (Globodera rostochiensis) does not occur in 
the area of production.
